MORRIS RECEIVES STATE FUNDS TO PROMOTE SAFE HAVEN INFANT PROTECTION LAW
The Morris County Department of Human Services has received a $10,000 grant from the state to promote the Safe Haven Infant Protection Law, which allows an individual to give up an unwanted infant with no fear of arrest or prosecution.
